Jack Jacket N2

The Jack N2 follows exactly the construction of the Jack — all-leather jacket with no ribbing, Italian brass zip, two large flap pockets with hidden snaps, decorative back tab — and replaces the shirt collar with a Harrington collar with two snap buttons, also available with two horn buttons.

Every piece is Made in France, made to order in our Paris workshop. Production takes 4 to 6 weeks — not because it's slow, but because every leather jacket is unique.

Genuine customer reviews.

★★★★★

"I had been following the publications for some time and was eagerly awaiting my trip to Paris to see the pieces in person. The experience confirmed all the good things I had heard. The leathers are remarkable, both high-end, ethical, and respectful. The jackets and blousons are characterized by a sleek, elegant, and timeless style, with an exceptional level of finish down to the lining. An address I recommend without reservation."

"I discovered Atelier Bertrand while looking for THE JACKET, that special piece, the one that has that little something extra. I've been buying leather jackets for over 25 years: Schott, Chevignon, Redskins... I just bought my 4th jacket, it's incredible, the leather really catches the light. The quality is magnificent. Jérôme is passionate and helpful. I'm not looking anymore..."

"I was looking for a quality leather jacket in a color other than black. I came across a military green plonge lambskin one and fell in love with it. The leather felt incredibly soft, something I had never experienced before, and I've received many compliments. Jérôme gives excellent advice."

"In my search for a sleek and chic perfecto-style jacket, I met Jérôme who was able to create the jacket I had in mind. No chest zipper, but instead a blazer-style chest pocket for this brown perfecto that I love to wear."

Questions about this model

FAQ

How is the Jack N2 different from the Jack Jacket?

The Jack N2 keeps the Jack and its two large aviator-style flap pockets, but replaces the shirt collar with a Harrington collar fastened by two buttons, in horn or snaps as you prefer. A slightly dressier version of the Jack.

How do I choose my size for the Jack N2?

Take your usual size. As each jacket is made to order, we adjust the body and sleeve lengths with you when you order for the right fit.

How do I care for the Jack N2?

It depends on the leather chosen. Plongé lambskin should be nourished with a leather lotion once or twice a year; deerskin mostly needs a soft cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to damp, and the leather will develop a patina over time.

Can the Jack N2 be customised?

Yes. It is available in all our leathers and more than 120 colours, and the two buttons can be horn or snaps, as you prefer. Come and see the leathers at the showroom to create yours.

Where is the Jack N2 made, and how long does it take?

It is made to order in our Paris workshop. Allow 4 to 6 weeks — the time it takes to select the hide, cut it and assemble the jacket to your lengths.

What is the price of the Jack N2, and can I try it on?

The customisable Jack N2 is €1,470. Fittings and measurements by appointment at our showroom, 31 Passage Verdeau, Paris 9th.
