All we are often asked.
Do I have to come to the showroom?
No. Everything can be done remotely — video calls, WhatsApp, samples sent on request. Many clients are in other regions of France or abroad. The showroom is an option, not an obligation.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
4 to 6 weeks for a custom jacket. Within 48 hours for an in-stock jacket. A precise date will be sent by email once the order is confirmed.
How are the sleeve and jacket lengths handled?
They are defined with you at the time of order — in the showroom, via video call, or by exchanging measurements — then integrated into the manufacturing process. Your jacket arrives in the correct dimensions on the first delivery. Length alterations are offered free of charge.
Why is this price so much lower than that of the big brands?
Same quality of materials, same artisanal craftsmanship—but no physical stores, no massive advertising budget, no intermediaries. You pay for the leather and the artisan, nothing else.
Are the accessories customizable?
Yes – belts and cardholders are available in several colours and leathers. Belts are made to the nearest centimeter.
Can I give an Atelier Bertrand jacket as a gift?
Absolutely. Gift certificates are available. The recipient receives a customization appointment to choose their model and options—this is often the most appreciated gift.
