Genuine customer reviews.

★★★★★

"I had been following the publications for some time and was eagerly awaiting my trip to Paris to see the pieces in person. The experience confirmed all the good things I had heard. The leathers are remarkable, both high-end, ethical, and respectful. The jackets and blousons are characterized by a sleek, elegant, and timeless style, with an exceptional level of finish down to the lining. An address I recommend without reservation."

"I discovered Atelier Bertrand while looking for THE JACKET, that special piece, the one that has that little something extra. I've been buying leather jackets for over 25 years: Schott, Chevignon, Redskins... I just bought my 4th jacket, it's incredible, the leather really catches the light. The quality is magnificent. Jérôme is passionate and helpful. I'm not looking anymore..."

"I was looking for a quality leather jacket in a color other than black. I came across a military green plonge lambskin one and fell in love with it. The leather felt incredibly soft, something I had never experienced before, and I've received many compliments. Jérôme gives excellent advice."

"In my search for a sleek and chic perfecto-style jacket, I met Jérôme who was able to create the jacket I had in mind. No chest zipper, but instead a blazer-style chest pocket for this brown perfecto that I love to wear."

Questions about this model

FAQ

What defines the Multi Zip jacket?

It is the most zip-focused jacket in the collection: four zipped pockets and four sleeve zips, for a graphic, technical feel. A model with real character that remains easy to wear.

Can I customise the trim around the zips?

Yes, it is this model's signature: the leather trim around each zip can be chosen, allowing plays of material and colour. We design the look you want together.

Can I play with colours like on the model shown?

Yes. The model is shown in black plongé lambskin with chamois pink details, but every colour can be chosen from more than 120 shades. Strong contrast or tone-on-tone: it is up to you.

Where is this jacket made?

It is made to order in our Paris workshop. Small-batch production, consistent finishing and a fit adjusted to your lengths.

What is the price, and can I try it on?

The customisable Multi Zip is €1,470. Book an appointment at our showroom, 31 Passage Verdeau, Paris 9th, to see the leathers, try on the models and have your measurements taken.

How do I care for plongé lambskin?

Plongé lambskin is soft and silky. A soft cloth, a nourishing lotion once or twice a year, and no prolonged exposure to damp. It develops a beautiful patina over time.
